Comic Vault is a fictional UI go-to-app prototype for all avid comic readers and collectors to view and add to your comic collection. Clean, simple, and in dark mode, Comic Vault strives to be simple and fun to use for users of all ages.
This app was created was one of my major assessment pieces at Griffith University. Students were tasked to create an app in mind for a 'User X', in which ethnographic research was undertaken with User X to help gain a better understanding of his needs.
In this case, my chosen User X is an avid comics fan that seeks an easier platform to view and add to his comic collection at any time. From this research, a problem statement was formulated as a end goal for the final outcome: User X would like an app that will allow him to access his comics remotely and check of comics he has read because he has not yet found a app that meets his needs and he has found that planning and habit tracking apps are not helpful for him.
